Some people are being irrational about pc-ness. I'm all about respecting other people's feelings and stuff, like I heard that dwarfs don't like being called midgets and call themselves little people, so I don't go around calling them midgets. I call myself one, but that's another story. Hee. Point is, I don't want to offend people, but let's be reasonable here! If plus-sized isn't okay now, what the Hell is? I saw Catherine Manheim on a talk show once, going off about how she hates being called "plus sized" and would rather be called fat, because "why am I plus-sized?" Um, because you're bigger than the average female shopper? I mean, come up with a better term, and I'll be down with it, but for now that's all we have. Get over it. Sheesh.
