I love dresses/skirts in the spring and summer UNLESS the building I work in is cold. Then they suck. But I am always cold, so.
In the winter, you can always wear thick, cute tights with your skirts/dresses OR wear pants under them to work and then take them off. Let me tell you a little about the life of a commuter, ha. Can you tell I have done it before?
