Especially when it is one of those situations where you're off by, like, one call. I still remember one day I had 59 calls (60 was the goal), in the midst of covering for the girl in collections AND doing my normal work while reaching an amazing sales total, and my boss emailed me the next morning all, "Can you explain your low call volume yesterday?" And I was like, "Dude, really?"
