Yay for not-too-evil mall shopping - OMG LOL why are those kiosks always about the nail buffing??! It's so funny. But look, you too could have a thumb this shiny. Uh huh. Not paying £30 for it though ;)
I do know that they say the only way to get better at writing is to keep writing; I just need to remember that I started doing fiction (and sharing it with others) because I enjoyed it, not because I expected myself to be amahhhzing at it.
Oh god this is so true and I WISH I could apply it to myself right now. I miss writing so much but am so hung up on how AWFUL it is bound to be I can't even start anything. If you have the urge to write, you go for it!
