My brother used to have one of those, and it was fun, but not good for serious angerface needs. I'm assuming you're talking about one of the inflatable thingamabobs, right?
That being said, my dad had a punching bag (one of the little ones that hang, too), and I used to beat the crap out of it. Heh.
