rachg82I got my hair done today, and (as promised) I'm going to share pics with y'all now. It's not a super dramatic change, but it doesn't happen very often either, so might as well.

I'm not thrilled with the cut (I rarely am, thanks to how picky my tastes are), but I like it well enough, and I think the color looks nice (bear in mind it doesn't look as different in the pics above as it does in person). It's different enough to be fun, but not so different that I feel nervous about it or self-conscious. Most importantly, it won't take forever to blow-dry anymore, and it'll be MUCH less oppressive in the heat.
Now, I'm off to watch the new season of Arrested Development on netflix. And yes, I finally signed up. I'm not sure yet if I'll keep it past the free 30-days trial, but I'm thinking I'll probably at least keep it through the rest of summer. It'll largely depend on how satisfied I am with the selection, though, which I haven't had a chance to really peruse yet.
