Wigga, please!

I feel like a little kid; I've been eating candy canes, and you know how you get to the end and the wrapper comes all the way off, and no matter how you try, inevitably that cane is going to end up rubbing against your face? Yeah. This is the part where my Nanny would've walked up and spit on her hands and done the Grandma-face-cleaning move, if I were little. Hee. Eww.
Have I mentioned lately how much I love Biggie? I could listen to him forever. I thought of
keenai today, while listening to him, because of her entry on liking random parts of songs once, and I'm the same way. Like, in "Hypnotize", where he's all ". . .homie" right before the chorus? I don't care where I am, if that song comes on, I have to go "homie" outloud, at that part. And when he's all "Cali--great place to visit" in "Going Back To Cali." And any song by him that I know any words to whatsoever, I must rap along with. I really have no choice in the matter. Hee.
I'm that way with a lot of songs, actually. It would always be entertaining, when I was around my friend Stephanie in High School (who was black), because we liked a lot of the same music, and would often randomly start singing it together. We'd be rapping along with a song, and "nigga" would come on, and we'd just give each other this look, and burst out laughing. Like "uhhh." Meanwhile, alone, or with white friends, I'm all "That don't mean a nigga can't rest in the west! See some nice breasts in the west! Have some nice sex in the west!" Hee.
Speaking of songs I have involuntary reactions to, there's certain songs that--when they come on--I seriously have to concentrate not to break out into a dance. Heh. "There She Goes" by Babyface, "Heard It All Before" by Sunshine Anderson, and "All Night Long" and "Love Like This" by Faith Evans, they're all likely to embarass me at work. I'm all normal, putting away bras, and then out of nowhere they'll play one of those songs or something, and my head starts bobbing, and I'm like "No! Stop!" Heeeee. I can't help it! That beat is so damn catchy! You know, in "Love Like This", where it's all "ba-da-bump-a-bump, cha cha"; that's impossible to resist.

"Love Like This" is the ultimate skating song. For real. It makes me want to skate. So when I'm busting my dance moves, I'm really gliding with the one foot kick and all like I'm a master skater.
